Riaz has been a director of Karimjee Group since 1997 and the KJ Owners Council since 2015.

Riaz is a senior management consultant and executive coach with expertise in business and technology strategy and implementation, operations and data analysis, business process redesign, and program management. He has wide-ranging international industry experience inc. financial services, healthcare, and technology. He currently works with Revenue Architects as a Sr. Client Partner helping senior management improve top-line growth and profitability. Prior to his current role, Riaz, as director with Harvard Medical International (HMI) served as the client executive responsible for the day-to-day relationship with the Govt of Dubai overseeing the development of core components of greenfield development of Dubai Healthcare City. Prior to HMI, Riaz worked with several consulting firms including serving as a management consultant and client partner with Molecular, general manager (Boston) and client partner with Viant, and as a managing associate at CSC Index and Symmetrix. Riaz volunteers with several non-profit boards including the Lexington Education Foundation and the Community Endowment of Lexington. Riaz received his Sc.B in Engineering from MIT and his Sc.M. in Management from MIT Sloan School.
